DPS Jammu dominates Yoga championship, wins 8 medals

Students of Delhi Public School (DPS), Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by winning positions in District Yoga Championship organised by Yoga Association of Jammu and Kashmir at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium in Jammu.
Out of 150 participants from different schools of Jammu, DPS Jammu students won eight medals in different age categories.
Pratyaksh Balotra (IV-A) won first and Agrim Chahal (IV-A) got second position in 8-10 years category while Vedant Gupta (VI-D) and Tejasvi Jamwal (VI-G) secured first position while Manthan Sharma (VI-C) and Rishika Gupta (VII-F) got second position and Aradhya Sharma (VI-E) bagged third position in 10-12 years category. Lachiya Angral (IX-E) secured third position in 14-16 years category.
Principal DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated all the winners, their parents and coach, Veena Chib for the achievement. Headmistress, Meenu Gupta also lauded their efforts.
President RCT, Ajatshatru Singh, Pro Vice Chairperson, Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi also extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents.
