DPS Greater Noida wins Noida swimming championship

Delhi Public School (DPS), Greater Noida became the winner of the Noida Open Swimming Championship by out scoring Bal Bharti School who got second place in the competition which was held at Sector-15A Club. The two-day competition ended on Sunday, which was attended by more than 150 players from various schools and clubs.

DPS Greater Noida swimmers secured the overall championship trophy by scoring 79 points. Second-ranked Balbharti School got 73 points. Vyom Sharma in the men’s section of the individual events and Kashvi Dubey became the best swimmer in the female category. Mridul Sharma and Tejal Verma were awarded this award in Group One. Shardul Singh and Trishna Waghmare became Best Swimmers in Group Two. In Group Three, Kshitij Goyal and Manya Bisht became the best swimmers. Shaurya Kanakane and Rati Sardar won this title in Group Four. Dev Bhardwaj and Mihika Ghai were given this award in Group Five. In group six, Sarstya and Saranya performed the best. Anand Shukla, President, Sector-15A Club, awarded the winners. Many people including PK Gupta, Jyoti Kachroo, Suresh Deshwal were present on the occasion.
