District Jammu Weightlifting Championship organised by the J&K Weightlifting Association in collaboration with J&K State Sports Council (JKSSC), concluded at Bana Singh Stadium Complex, R S Pura, near here on Sunday.
In the valedictory function, SDM R S Pura, Jagdish Singh and former Minister, Sham Choudhary were Chief Guests, who witnessed the competition and encouraged the medal winners.

WOMEN: 40 kg: Rashika, Ist and Shambhaji, 2nd. 45 kg: Priya Bhat, Ist. 49 kg: Mavleen Kaur, Ist and Preeti Bhat, 2nd.
MEN: 55 kg: Prashant Sharma, Ist; Subash Kumar, 2nd and Abhishek Kundal, 3rd. 61 kg: Manav Sharma, Ist; Neeraj Manhas, 2nd and Jitan Mehra, 3rd. 67 kg: Nirbhay Partap Singh, Ist; Manjeet Singh, 2nd and Vinod Singh, 3rd. 73 kg: Manpreet Singh, Ist; Bhavneet Singh, 2nd and Naresh Bhagat, 3rd. 81 kg: Sourav Sharma, Ist; Nittal Sharma, 2nd and Sahil Uttam, 3rd. 89 kg: Amit Sotra, Ist; Sajan Kumar, 2nd. 102 kg: Vishal Gupta, Ist; Parveen Kumar, 2nd.
