DAV College will face ITM Dehradun in final of Inter University Cricket Tournament

DAV College along with ITM Dehradun has clinched the finalist teams tag of the Inter University Cricket Tournament. Both the finalist teams will lock horns against each other on Saturday to grab the winning title of the prestigious competition.
On Friday both the semifinal matches of the tournament were commenced at the Ambedkar Stadium of the region. First semi final match was played in between ITM Doon and BGR Campus Pauri. Batting first in the match Pauri team scored 77 runs in span of 15 over with lost of 09 wickets. Nabila and Seema were the top bowlers for the ITM team with 2 wickets each.
In response ITM School team accomplished the offered target with 78 runs on board with lost of 4 wickets. ITM team attained positioning in the final match with 06 wickets win. Second semifinal match of the tournament was played in between DAV PG College and PG College Bageshwar. PG batting line up folded –up just after scoring 70 runs in 13.1 over.
DAV team grabbed mammoth win in the match without losing any of their wickets and qualified for the final match with great pride.
