Captain Vijyant Thapar Football Tournament kicks-off

Much awaited Captain Vijyant Thapar Football Tournament has finally started in the Army Public School of Noida Sector 37.
Lieutenant Colonel (Retrd.) Krishna Singh, Colonel V.N Thapar and School Principal Jyoti Rana inaugurated the football tournament. 10 teams of different school are participating in the football tournament.
The Day 1 of the football tournament witnessed 4 matches. The inaugural match was played between hosts Army Public School and Shri Ram Millennium School team. On account of great performances of Archit with 2 goals and Dhruv with 1 goal, the team marked blasting start of the tournament with 3-0 win.
Shiv Nadar School and Army Public School, Shankar Vihar (Delhi) locked horns in second match. The match favored Shiv Nadar team with 1-0 scoreline.
Army Public School of Noida (Red) and Army Public School played the third match for the day. Dhaula Kuan School finished the game with remarkable 6-0 lead.
Ram-Eesh International School and Ryan International School played the last match of the day, the match named Ram-Eesh International School team with 2-1 scoreline.
