Jodhamal School skaters excel in Open Roller Skating C’ship

Jodhamal Public School skaters brought laurels to the school as well as their parents by excelling in Open Roller Skating Championship organised by Jammu and Kashmir Roller Skating Association at Peer Kho, here recently.
The students clinched 14 medals including six gold, four silver and four bronze in the event.

Ridit Prasher won gold in 1000 mtrs and bronze in 500 mtrs; Yanik Kohli got gold in 500 mtrs and bronze in 1000 mtrs; Aryna Bakshi secured silver in 300 mtrs and bronze in 500 mtrs; Aanaya Gupta one gold each in 500 and 100 mtrs Inline category; Aamyaa Vashishth won one silver each in 300 and 1000 mtrs; Tara Basotra got bronze in 500 mtrs and silver in 1000 mtrs; and Ranveer Singh Shan won one gold each in 500 and 1000 mtrs. Ranveer Singh also participated in the All India Open Roller Skating Championship held at Noida, Uttar Pradesh and got one silver and one bronze medal under inline category. The management of the school congratulated the medal winners in a special assembly held on Wednesday. The management also encouraged them to work hard and keep the school’s flag high in future too.
