Assam wushu players bag 16 medals

Assam won 16 medals, including four gold in the recently concluded National Online Wushu Championship.
The meet was inaugurated by Union Sports Minister Kiren Rijiju where 755 players from 31 affiliated units of Wushu Association of India participated.
Medal winners for Assam are: Sanma Brahma (2 gold), Arhaan Borooah ( 1 gold), Kashyapi Sonowal (1 gold, 1 silver); Sanjib Kr Singh (2 silver), Julie Rani Mech (1 silver), Chiranjit Boro (1 silver), Niharika Swargiary (1 silver); Amit Kr Raut (1 bronze), Monjoy Chetry (1 bronze), Nabanita Boro (1 bronze), Gitanjali Dhakal (1 bronze), Chiranjit Boro (1 bronze), Ankur Baruah (1 bronze).
