Asian School attains winning trophy of Cricket Tournament

Asian School has emerged as the winner of 11th Shri Rohitash Singh Memorial Inter School Cricket Tournament after defeating Carman School in the final match. R.N Dhuliya was named as the ‘Man Of the Series’ , Sohan was announced as the ‘Man Of the Match’ of the final encounter.
Abhimanyu Rana was named as the ‘Best All-Rounder’ of the cricket tournament and Mohammad Ali wins title of ‘Best Captain’ of the tournament.
The final match of the tournament was played at Heritage School in which Asian School and Carman School tried their best team formation. Asian School batting first in the competition scored 31 runs in 5 overs of the match. In response Carman School also scored the same total of 31 runs after losing 3 wickets in 5 overs play.
In the second innings of the match, Asian School reached 29 runs mark and offered 30 runs target for the Carman School. The second batting team scored just 21 runs in 5 overs play and handed over the winning spot to Asian School team with 8 runs difference.
On occasion of closing ceremony Chief Guest B. Gill awarded the winning trophy to the winning and runner-up team. Richa Kohli, Neetu, Munesh Chahar and Sanjay Thapa were the other respectable person who attended the final match.
