Archery meet postponed

In view of the prevailing guidelines to avoid gatherings at public places and major events as a precautionary measure to counter the Corona virus, the J&K Archery Association on Thursday postponed the scheduled Jammu District Archery Championship.
As per a handout issued here, the event, scheduled to be held at Gulshan Ground, here between March 16 and March 17, has been postponed indefinitely.
The fresh dates for the competition shall be announced in due course of time, added the handout.
