Anusha-Shehjar team up for Junior International Badminton in Pune

The Anusha-Shahzar duo has teamed up to compete in the Junior International Grand Prix Championship. Anusha Goyal will compete in mixed doubles and doubles competition starting in Pune from 29 August. Shahzar Chaudhary will play doubles. Both players are expected to give a top class performance in the competition. They both previously have also represented India in international competitions.

Anusha Goyal will compete in doubles and mixed doubles events. She will be Shahazar Chaudhary in the doubles category. In the mixed doubles, she will try to do better in the tournament with Shubham Anand. In the doubles and mixed doubles, both pairs have been given direct entry into the main draw. Anusha, who is learning the tricks of the game at Noida Stadium, is working hard to perform better in the competition. At the same time, Shahzar shifted to Bengaluru two months ago. However, she is currently playing from Gautam Budh Nagar. Anusha is spending around 4-5 hours daily on exercise and fitness. K Anusha and Shahzar duo are also UP Junior and Women’s State champions. In the mixed category, Anusha and Shubham’s pair were runners-up this year. Anusha Goyal said that I am practicing for better performance in the competition. All efforts will be made for better performance. The experience of the earlier international tournament is expected to benefit in this tournament.

Anusha and Shahzar Pradesh number one pair
Anusha and Shahzar are the number one pair in the state. Both have also won multiple times in the doubles category. Both pairs have a national ranking of 26 in the doubles category. Anusha has also been District Champion for six consecutive times. Anusha Goyal finished second in the state mixed doubles championship held in January.
The pair of Anusha and Shahzar have also played six international tournaments. Currently, Anusha and Shahzar are among 340 players in the international rankings of the women’s section.
