All India Open National Boxing Championship: Naveen and Pankaj wins medal

Two players from Gurugram bagged bronze and silver respectively at the All India Open National Boxing Championship which was held in Indore. Naveen Verma won silver and Pankaj Gulia won the bronze medal in the competition. After the competition, both the players have been selected for the International Professional Boxing Championship, which will be held in November. The venue for the competition is yet to be decided, but is likely to be held in November. Players from more than 15 countries will participate in it. Boxers will participate in 10 weight categories from one country, with 2 boxers selected from Gurgaon. Boxers from across the country participated in the national competition at Indore.
