AITA-Roots: Shraswati sets summit clash with Radha

Shrawasti Kundilya stunned second seed Gurmannat Kaur to set up the title clash with top seed Radha in the girls’ U-14 category in the Roots-AITA Talent Series (TS7) National Ranking Championship at Zirakpur, Chandigarh yesterday. Shrawasti won 6-2 7-6(4).
Radha registered a 6-3 6-1 win over Sidhak Kaur in the semifinals.In the girls’ U-16 competition, top seed Vanya Arora ousted Isheeta Midha 6-4 6-3 in the semis. In the final, she will face second seed Bhumika Gupta, who edged out Radha 6-1 6-2 in the last-four contest.
