8 teams progresses for Basketball Tournament semi-finals

Two days based Basketball tournament kicks off in the Tau Devi Lal Stadium of Gurgaon Sector 38. In the Under 12 category 16 teams locked horns against each other. 4 teams each from both boys and girls team has marked their way to the semifinal stage.
Saturday is decided to conduct the final match of the tournament in both boys and girls categories. First day of the tournament witnessed pre-quarter and quarter final matches amongst different teams. 8 top performing team progressed their way to the final match by claiming points in their individual matches.
In Boys category Shikshantar School team claimed win against Bal Bharti School team with 12-8 scoreline, Heritage School wins match against G.D Goenka School with 10-6, Sun City knocked out Tau Devi Lal team with 7-3 scoreline and CCA team wins match against Lancer team with 10-7 points.
