66-year- old retired man R.P. Nirmal seems like any other person who’s lived a long and fulfilling life. But there is one passion of this Indirapuram resident that teaches us a lot of things. Nirmal has developed a liking for remaining fit in his twilight years by running. He is an avid marathon runner.
On Sunday, the Gaur Green Society resident won his 4th medal in the senior marathon race conducted by a private institution in Gurgaon. He has taken part in more than 800 such races. He
completed his 5 km run in 45 minutes and hopes to continue on his merry ways n the future.
