64th National School Games for Hockey U – 19 ended with Punjab boys bagging the 1st position

On the concluding day of 64th National School Games for Hockey U – 19. Punjab become the winner by defeating Ludhiana by 3 – 0 in boys category. In semifinals the Ludhiana defeat Rajasthan by 4-1. In their previous matches Ludhiana logged a 2-0 win against Haryana and 16-0 victory against CBSE School teams. On the other hand girls team finished 3rd by defeating Tamil Nadu 1-0. They lost to Punjab 0-5 in the semifinal. In their league matches, they defeated Chhattisgarh 6-1 and Haryana 2-0.
