50th KVS National U-17 Subroto Cup (Girls) starts from Tuesday

The 50th National Subroto Cup 2019 was inaugurated on Tuesday, at the Kendriya Vidyalaya, Indian Military Academy in Dehradun. The tournament will take place from 28th may to 31st may 2019.
Teams from 15 regions will be taking part in the tournament including Agra, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Delhi, Ernakulam, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Mumbai, Patna, Ranchi and Tinsukia.
A total of more than 250 girls will take part in the competition.
The inaugural function was graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, Brig. Rajvir Singh, Head, Academic Department, Indian Military Academy and Chairman, Vidyalaya Management Committee, Saplings were given as a reception by the Principal Mrs. Jyoti Pandey. The nominee Chairman Captain Alvin Agustin, Special Guest Mr. Tajuddin Shaikh, Assistant Commissioner, KVS, Headquarters, Mr. Vinod Kumar, In-charge of Deputy Commissioner KVS Dehradun Region and Supervisor Mrs. Mikey Khulbe welcomed the Principal, KV ITBP by giving small saplings, The function was enchanted by the welcome dance by the girls.
Also, Mr. Vinod Kumar, Deputy Commissioner (in-charge), KVS, Dehradun region, formally welcomed all the dignitaries and congratulated the participants from the fifteen regions.
Special guest Mr. Tajuddin Shaikh, Assistant Commissioner, (Academic-II) and Supervisor KVS Headquarters introduced the National Subroto Cup and introduced its objectives, KVS related to sports. He also mentioned the activities of many private companies that are providing the student growth incentives to our players.
Chief Guest Brig. Rajvir Singh, Head, Academic Department, Indian Military Academy and Chairman, Vidyalaya Management Committee initiated best wishes to the participants and conveyed them message to play with the spirit of sports spirit of cooperation, mutual understanding. He appreciated the K.V.S. He said that this organization organizes various activities throughout the year for the multifaceted development of the students, which is commendable. The Vice Principal of the school, Mr. Sandeep Tyagi, thanked everyone. In the program KVS Headquarters, New Delhi, Technical Assistant, AK Maurya, P. R. Ratish were present. Solankhak, Monika Negi, Sarvesh Aman-KVIMA, Nirbhaya Gupta – K.V. Raiwala was appointed by the Region. Jury members of the event are Sanjay Aman, Kailash Joshi, Dharmendra Negi, Ajay Gusain, Pushkar Gusain, Amit Payaal and Mahesh Shukla were present.
