3 Indian Boxers Win Gold at 56th Belgrade International Boxing Tournament

Sumit Sangwan, Nikhit Zareen and Himanshu Sharma won gold at the Belgrade International Boxing Tournament. The Indian contingent ended up with a total of 13 medals including 3 golds, 5 silver and 5 bronze. Himanshu Sharma beat Algeria’s Mohammad Toareg 5-0 in the final.
In the women’s category, Jamuna Boro and Raulte Lalfakmavi won silver medals for the country. Virender Singh and Pawan Kumar won silver in the men’s category.
