2nd IPG gold for Dutee Chand and Dharun Ayyasamy

Dutee Chand and Dharun Ayyasamy both won gold in their sports at ongoing Indian grand Prix-2 athletics meet. Dutee run 23.30s to won the 200m women’s race this is her second gold in IGP. Her IAAF World ranking in the 200m run have also improved because of this timing. The timing also ensured that the Odisha sprinter made the qualifying cut-off for the Asian Athletics Championship to be held in Doha. Anjali got silver and Supriya got bronze.

Dharun timing is 49.94s in men’s 400m hurdles, this is his second consecutive gold in IGP. He have improved his timing from 50.07s. Santhosh kumar got silver and Ramachandran got bronze.
