13-yr-old leads the pack at 100-km cyclothon in Gzb

Ghaziabad: Nearly 100 fitness enthusiasts from across NCR on Sunday participated in a cyclothon organised by Indirapuram Cycling Club (ICC) to promote cycling as a habit.
The cyclothon began at 5am near Kala Patthar Park opposite to Gaur Gravity market and ended at 11am. In the 50-km category, the cyclists rode till Panchsheel Balika Intercollege in Greater Noida, while in the 100 km category, the route stretched till Pari Chowk and Suraj Chowk.
“More than 15 women riders participated in this event and one of them was as young as 13 years of age,” said Amit Upadhyay, founder, ICC.
