1000 students and 250 teaching and non teaching staff became the part of Athletics meet

Athletics meet was organized in DAV Shatabdi college, Faridabad on Friday. Inauguration of Fanathan meet was done by para- athlete Giriraj Singh. Dr Satish Ahuja principle of the college said generally 25-30 student take part in these kind of sports event but our motive is different and we make sure that student do take part in these events. On the 1st day of event 1000 students and 250 teaching and non-teaching staff took part in the event. On the 1st day 50Mm race, volley ball, kho-kho, tug of war, lemon race, pot race, musical chair and 3 legs race competition took place.
In volley ball competition in boys category, BBA, BCA,BAC and Bcom teams reached in semifinals. In tug of war competition in boys category Bcom., BBA, BA, BCA and in girls category Mcom., BBA, BAC, Bcom., teams reached in semifinals. Finals will held on Saturday and tug of war game will we played between teaching and non teaching and student teams.
