How long is it before we can feel the benefits of Yoga?
Yoga is the only form of exercise that regulates the overuse of the body and relaxes the taunt muscles of the mind. It helps to create harmony between mind and body. Yoga does not do wonders overnight as it is a slow and steady procedure that helps the body to adopt healthy changes and teaches you to respect your body.
Within a few days you will start feeling rejuvenated with light asanas and slowly over a period of months your body will start feeling the benefits of it.
Firstly it depends on how much of a yoga freak you are. Practice Yoga once a week, twice a week or thrice to seek flexibility, maintain it and thereby bring an improvement in it.
Secondly, when you can see the benefits of Yoga is dependent on personal attributes and thus differ in each case.
But the gist of the above brings out two important aspects-
